Melissa Forbes:  The Transformative Vision: Reflections on the Nature and History of Human Expression by Jose Arguelles

Alexandra Moga:
Super Genes by Deepak Chopra and Rudoplh Tanzi
I love the way Deepak Chopra distills high-level science and gives it practical, every-day relevance while also, whether overtly or subtly,  tying  in ancient  spiritual  teachings. Super Genes shows us how our health and life-force isn't simply pre-determined by genetics, but is in fact the result of habits and choices. The more purposeful and conscious we are in mind, body, spirit, the greater impact we have on the expression of genes, which reaches down the line to affect our offspring. Fascinating!

Patrick Heffernana:
Franny and Zooey by JD Salinger
This one resonated with me so strongly (sure because I'm an actor and I love yoga...) but on a deeper level of facing who we are, what we should be doing here and why we're doing it.

Dale Hills:
Light on Life by BKS Iyengar
I love reading this book because he makes the philosophies of yoga so real and relevant.  I find myself noting passage after passage and savoring the resonance his words evoke.

Brij Cappo:

and Simplicity Parenting by Kim John Payne
