Mallory returned to yoga seeking relief from chronic pain. Although yoga hasn't "healed" her it has given her many tools to live more comfortably mind, body, and soul. She works on allowing acceptance of the moment to guide her physical practice and lovingly encourages students to listen to their own inner teacher. Her classes have a strong focus on body-mind awareness and breath work. Balancing between work and play. Mallory is passionate about learning and sharing. She has gratitude for many merciful teachers who guide and encourage her journey. She is known for holding space for each student to question their preconceived limitations and mindfully move towards steadiness and ease.
